Ops Analyst Budget Forecasting

This role provides financial oversight into store operations expenses excluding payroll and store supplies, and prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses to drive expense savings and profitability. The position participates in annual budget preparation, supports leadership on strategic projects, and serves as a liaison between Field Operations and SSC (P&L research, invoice reconciliation). It develops programs and reports to control costs, compiles and analyzes detailed summaries for ongoing cost management, and acts as SME for projects/processes such as Store P&Ls, Travel, and Vending. Responsibilities include managing expense lines with field and departments, identifying root causes of business issues, offering actionable recommendations, and supporting Store Simplification. Experience required in Retail Operations or Financial Operations with strong analytical, communication, project management and organizational skills, and advanced Excel (plus MS Access, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Some travel (<10%) and a full-time schedule in an office environment are expected.
