Job Summary
Lead the analysis of operational impacts of new deposit products; predict and mitigate issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed business cases that support operational recommendations, leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making. Drive organizational change within operations using the Prosci ADKAR Model for effective management. Communicate product vision and benefits to engage stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations teams, and external partners. Act as a trusted advisor on readiness and change management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business operations management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to predict and mitigate operational issues
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and benefits to engage stakeholders
- Familiarity with change management methodologies, such as the Prosci ADKAR Model
