Job Summary
Senior Consultant in O2E Global Delivery and Test leading delivery management, test strategy/planning, environment/configuration management, and test execution across Deloitte Global initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating between Transformation and Technology delivery teams, managing stakeholder expectations, tracking change requests, ensuring end-to-end delivery from development to testing to production, defining comprehensive test strategies and plans, estimating testing effort, managing environments and release activities, overseeing test execution and defect tracking, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 4+ years in a Test/Delivery Management role, with experience in Agile/Waterfall, and proficiency with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or IT-related vocational training
- 4+ years as a Test and Delivery Manager or similar role
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with test management tools: Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities
- Ability to synthesize business requirements into delivery and testing plans
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment

Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Test and Delivery Manager or similar role

- Proven experience delivering high-quality software releases in top-tier firms or large enterprises
