Opportunity Pathways Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of assigned projects and programs from development to implementation for the Opportunity Pathways Department, including community outreach, advocacy, recruitment, enrollment, data collection, and report preparation. Develop, plan, and coordinate program models for middle and high school participants, facilitate curriculum during out-of-school time, and teach sessions at partnering agencies and school districts. Supervise program facilitators, educators, interns, and volunteers while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the social and emotional development of students. Manage program data in systems like City Span and JotForm, compile quantitative and qualitative reports, and submit financial documentation. Collaborate with the Director to expand initiatives and build relationships with partner families, community partners, and school personnel. Available for occasional evening and weekend hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years relevant experience and at least one (1) year supervisory/management experience OR Associates, Business, or Technical Degree, (Certification) with three (3) years relevant experience and one (1) year supervisory experience
  • This position requires progressive management and leadership experience to lead department programs and teams and manage multiple program budgets and regulatory compliance
  • Experience applying diversity, equity, and inclusion lens to all people, processes, and program operations is an asset
  • Candidate must be able to pass and maintain a clean Act 33/34 clearances, FBI fingerprints, criminal background check, and National Sex Offenders Registry (NSOR) clearances for this position
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs
  • Available to work occasional evening and weekend hours
  • Access to reliable transportation

  • Initiative-taking, visionary, collaborator who can work effectively within the team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with knowledge and experience with Google Drive, Zoom, and Teams
