Reach Associate provides instructional and non-instructional support to a Multi-Classroom Leader (MCL) team, with an emphasis on small-group tutoring under the guidance of MCL. Responsibilities include tutoring small groups and individuals, supervising projects and digital learning, maintaining administrative duties (attendance, grades, parent conferences, assignments), and collaborating with teachers, tutors, and volunteers. The role involves managing student behavior during transitions and unstructured times, contributing to a respectful and engaged classroom culture, and participating in professional development opportunities as part of school teams.
