Opportunity Accelerator (OA) Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate the Opportunity Accelerator program to deliver high-quality mission services through direct career navigation, data integrity, reporting, and compliance. Build coaching relationships with individuals and families across six counties, guiding participants toward employment and education goals while wrapping around them with required resources. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align services, cross-train in employment-focused classes, support grants and data reporting (ET0, Cognito), and maintain organized digital files with timely data entry. Engage diverse participants (including individuals with disabilities and those experiencing poverty), demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and leverage Microsoft Office tools to support program operations and evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of experience working with individuals or families
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with the Goodwill Opportunity Accelerator framework or similar evidence-based social service models
- Excellent professional presentation skills and appearance
- Ability to work independently but also as a member of a collaborative team
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for agency insurance coverage
