Job Summary

The OPOS Engineer role involves extensive experience in designing and supporting enterprise scale client compute environments, with a focus on retail solutions. You will be responsible for managing OS and application delivery, monitoring performance trends, and improving configuration deployment. This position calls for strong scripting skills, experience with M365, and the ability to lead engineering efforts across various enterprise technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 years' experience in M365 administration
  • 3+ years scripting - PowerShell / API
  • 5+ years OS Management via Group Policy/MDM
  • 3+ years experience in M365 administration
  • Hands-on experience with POS and OPOS
  • System Design and Maintenance experience with device management platforms such as SCCM, WorkspaceOne
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Experienced in leading root cause analysis investigations
  • Able to mentor and share information with others
