Job Summary
Conduct a two-year full-time practical training as a GZ-psychologist, alternating between two practice settings within the BrabantZorg regional consortium. Perform diagnostic assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement mediative interventions while treating clients and caregivers across geriatric, somatic, and day treatment units. Develop treatment and care plans collaboratively within mono-, multi-, and interdisciplinary settings, including extramural care and skills enhancement where applicable. The program begins January 2027, combining cursorial education with supervised practice under qualified mentors. Candidates must hold a master's degree in psychology or related mental health fields, possess diagnostic registration (LOGO), and maintain a driving license for travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde universitaire master in psychologie, pedagogische wetenschappen of Mental Health, bij voorkeur met een klinische of medische afstudeerrichting
- Basisaantekening psychodiagnostiek en ervaring met psychodiagnostiek
- Een LOGO-verklaring, of je voldoet aan de eisen om deze aan te kunnen vragen
- Een SKJ registratie, of je voldoet aan de voorwaarden om je te registreren, wanneer je kiest voor een opleidingsroute binnen Kind & Jeugd
- Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer
Desired Qualifications
- Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, empathisch vermogen en een professionele attitude
- Ervaring en/of affiniteit voor mono-, multi- en/of interdisciplinair samenwerken
- Een zelfstandige, flexibele en doelgerichte werkhouding en het vermogen om kritisch te reflecteren op je eigen handelen
- De motivatie om actief vorm te geven aan je eigen leerproces en bij te dragen aan kennisdeling, innovatie en de ontwikkeling van het zorgaanbod
- Je bekijkt vraagstukken met een frisse blik en deelt je ideeën over 'hoe het ook anders kan'
