Job Summary
Conduct ten-weekly BOKL training for aspiring soldiers, delivering instruction on shooting, ground maneuvers, and command leadership while leading physical and mental conditioning in ZHKH and AAW/Search. Coach candidates under high-pressure scenarios during daily drills and practical exercises, observing progress and providing actionable feedback. Serve as a role model and primary contact point for your group, collaborating closely with an educational coordinator to align planning, content, and program quality. Work alongside operational veterans in dedicated training facilities to ensure uniform standards across all BOKL locations.
Required Qualifications
- Oud-onderofficier van de CLAS
- Minimaal één startfunctie als onderofficier vervuld
- SI-Basis gecertificeerd
