Job Summary
Lead complex engagements to improve organisational performance across workforce strategy, operating model, culture, and leadership. Diagnose organisational challenges by linking structure, capability, behaviour, and systems to identify performance drivers. Design and implement integrated solutions including workforce planning, organisation design, and leadership development while partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and embed change. Guide teams across sectors to deliver measurable outcomes and contribute to practice growth through client development and thought leadership. This client-facing Director role at Nous, an international management consultancy, focuses on shaping how organisations lead people and improve performance through practical, diagnostic solutions that drive lasting impact.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in organisational development, people advisory, leadership development in consulting or applied settings
- A strong track record delivering end-to-end workforce, organisation and leadership initiatives that lead to sustained performance improvement
- Experience shaping workforce strategy, organisation design, culture or change in complex environments
- Strong project leadership skills, with experience directing medium to large engagements
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, human resources, learning and development or a related discipline
- Experience working on complex problems
- High performing and productive working in a fast-paced environment
- Right to work in Australia
- Ability to undertake background screening
