Job Summary

Manage a caseload of individuals accessing structured treatment for opiate dependence by completing comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and tailored recovery plans. Deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction advice while supporting OST prescriptions through regular reviews and close collaboration with prescribing clinicians. Promote recovery capital by facilitating access to education, employment, housing, healthcare, and community resources, and carry out safeguarding responsibilities for adults and children. Work collaboratively with GPs, mental health services, probation, and housing providers to deliver coordinated care, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and maintain accurate electronic case records. Required Qualifications

  • knowledge and experience in delivering interventions for service users affected by opiate use
  • strong understanding of mental health interventions, services, and best practices
  • ability to navigate change effectively
