Job Summary
Faithfully interpret into Armenian for Over-the-Phone and Video Remote assignments, maintaining absolute impartiality and adhering strictly to the interpreter's code of ethics. Deliver all communication in the first person, clarifying meaning when necessary while preserving confidentiality and demonstrating top-tier customer service. Maintain strong cultural awareness to professionally explain differences and continuously improve interpreting proficiency. Requires absolute fluency in English and Armenian, plus the ability to read, write simple correspondence, and present information effectively. Required Qualifications
- Absolute fluency in English and the target language(s)
- Demonstrated ability to perform all essential interpretation duties listed above
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
