Job Summary
Ophthalmology Sales Manager responsible for promoting and selling Topcon’s Diagnostic and Refractive instrument platform in a designated Florida territory. Travel at least 50% within the territory and attend local/national trade shows (including weekends). Develop and execute an annual business plan to achieve quarterly and annual quotas; conduct instrument demonstrations (OCTs, retinal cameras, topographers, refraction systems) and tailor presentations to customer needs; maintain high-quality CRM account profiles; collaborate with sales/marketing teams; reside in Florida and be able to work remotely with occasional in-person activities and travel; required to stay current on clinical/technical product advances; Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong sales/relationship-building skills and knowledge of ophthalmology environments (ASCs, IDNs, hospitals) and payer landscape.”,
