Job Summary
Ophthalmology Sales Manager (OSM) responsible for promoting and selling Topcon’s Diagnostic and Refractive instrument platform in a designated territory (New England; must reside in Massachusetts). Travel at least 50% of the time within the territory; conduct routine instrument demonstrations; develop and execute an annual business plan to achieve quarterly and annual quotas; maintain high-quality CRM accounts; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and win opportunities; provide consultative support and education to customers on clinical and technical applications of products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience selling capital equipment into ophthalmology practices or equivalent
- B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated top performance in prior sales roles
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
