Job Summary
Ophthalmology physician position across multiple NY sites (Manhattan, Huntington, Brooklyn) with full-time schedule. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating eye diseases, performing necessary surgical procedures, pre/post-operative care, patient education on self-care, initiating lab/imaging and specialty consults as needed, prioritizing medical care, collaborating with the care team, and contributing to quality improvement and clinical projects. Opportunity to partner with Icahn School of Medicine and join Mount Sinai Doctors multispecialty practice with a comprehensive on-site imaging, lab, and support team.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York medical license
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Active DEA license
- BLS and ACLS certification
