Job Summary
Conduct in-clinic diagnostic testing with full subspecialty support for retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics. Perform injections, cataract surgery, and manage a broad case mix while maintaining flexibility to pursue clinical interests. See 15–16 patients per half clinic day and aim for 7 OR cases per half day, scaling to 14 for a full day. Share a low-intensity 1:6 call schedule with rare overnight disruptions, earning additional PTO or pay when called in during scheduled shifts. Choose between 8- or 9-hour clinic days with built-in charting time and monthly day-off accrual. Advance toward partnership after year 3 with annual bonus distributions and receive a signing bonus up to $220,000, fully forgiven in years 5–7.
