Job Summary
Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care for routine and urgent eye conditions, including medical and surgical management such as intravitreal injections and cataract procedures. Strong mentorship and opportunity to pursue personal clinical interests within a physician-led medical group. Collaborative environment with Epic/DAX Copilot for drafting patient notes, a Monday–Friday schedule with shared call (average 1:4), and a generous compensation package including a 2-year salary guarantee starting at $453,710 plus potential sign-on bonus. Required to complete an accredited Ophthalmology residency; fellowship training is welcome; board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
