Ophthalmologist needed for a full-time position in a physician-led medical group in West Bend, WI. Responsibilities include general ophthalmology with potential to develop a clinical interest area, care for routine and urgent eye conditions, and perform surgeries at a regional medical center. The role offers a generous two-year salary guarantee starting at 453,710 with potential for additional earnings and Sign-On Bonus, a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with shared call (average 1:4), a fully staffed clinic, and access to AI-assisted documentation tools.
