Job Summary
General Ophthalmology opportunity with potential for clinical interest development. The Ophthalmologist will provide eye care for all conditions of the eye and surrounding structures, including medical and surgical diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the eye, with duties in a fully staffed clinic and surgery performed at a regional medical center. The role offers a busy, full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, shared call to support work-life balance, and a robust benefits package including relocation assistance. Training and mentorship are available within an integrated physician-led medical group; opportunities to leverage AI-assisted documentation tools (DAX Copilot) and Epic workflows. Required qualifications include completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency, board certification/eligibility in Ophthalmology, and fellowship training is welcome. The compensation package includes a 2-year salary guarantee starting at $453,710 with potential for additional earnings, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $12,000. Required Qualifications
