Job Summary
Provide eye care for all conditions of the eye and surrounding structures, including routine and urgent medical and surgical diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the eye. General Ophthalmology with opportunity to explore a personal clinical interest. 2-year salary guarantee starting at $453,710 with potential for additional earnings and a sign-on bonus. Flexible, Monday–Friday schedule with a shared call of about 1:4. Fully staffed clinic with collaborative team; procedures include intravitreal injections and cataract surgery. Use of DAX Copilot AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic. Training and mentorship available to support practice development. Relocation assistance up to $12,000. Located in West Bend, Wisconsin; part of Advocate Health, a physician-led medical group with a national footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency program
- Fellowship training welcome
- Board Certification/board eligibility in Ophthalmology
