Ophthalmologist sought for a full-time opportunity in a physician-led medical group in West Bend, WI. Responsibilities include general ophthalmology with opportunities to explore a specific clinical area, treating routine and urgent eye conditions with medical and surgical management, including intravitreal injections and cataract procedures. Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee starting at $453,710, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. Schedule is Monday–Friday with shared call (average 1:4). Fully staffed clinic with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and techs; surgery performed at Aurora Medical Center–Washington County. Benefits include PT/OT, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer contributions, FSA, parental leave and surrogacy assistance, CME allowance, and liability insurance. DAX Copilot is available to streamline clinical documentation in Epic. Relocation assistance up to $12,000. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency program
- Board Certification/board eligibility in Ophthalmology
- Fellowship training welcome
