Ophthalmologist to join Advocate Health’s physician-led medical group in West Bend, WI, providing comprehensive eye care including medical and surgical management (intravitreal injections, cataract procedures) with a focus on work-life balance in a generous compensation package. General Ophthalmology with opportunity to explore a clinical area of interest; 2-year salary guarantee starting at $453,710 plus potential for additional earnings and sign-on bonus. Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with shared call; fully staffed clinic and integrated referral network. Training/experience required: completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency; board certification/eligibility; fellowship training welcome. Relocation assistance up to $12,000. Required Qualifications
