Job Summary
Optometrist or Ophthalmologist needed for in-person VA disability assessments for U.S. Veterans. Schedule: Part-Time, 3-4 days/week with a caseload of 4-6 Veterans per day. Perform eye exams including Visual Field Testing (VFT), review electronic medical records via a secure portal, document findings, and complete VA forms. Equipment and tools provided. Licensure in Optometry or Ophthalmology required and must be active and unrestricted. Training and ongoing support offered. No on-call shifts. Location options: Jacksonville, NC and Camp Lejeune, NC. Required Qualifications
- Holds an active & unrestricted Optometrist or Ophthalmologist license
- Proficient in Visual Field Testing (VFT)
