Manage an established surgical volume by collaborating with the medical staff to oversee ophthalmic procedures. Work within a full-staffed, well-equipped office environment supported by a comprehensive EHR system. Leverage corporate resources and a strategic management partnership to onboard and maximize practice success while reducing administrative burdens. Gain access to a network of over 415 ophthalmologists and optometrists across multiple states. This full-time role in Erie, PA offers eligibility for partnership after 1-2 years for experienced hires or 2-3 years for residents and fellows.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained Oculoplastics surgeon
- Board certified or Board eligible
- Willing to work with current medical staff to manage an already established significant surgical volume
- Full-time employment in Erie, PA
