Job Summary
Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Ophthalmologist sought to join Endeavor Health’s Eye and Vision Center. Build a high-volume glaucoma practice within a large multispecialty ophthalmology group across Skokie, Gurnee, and Glenbrook Hospital sites. Opportunities include access to advanced diagnostic and surgical technology (SLT, YAG, MIGS, ORA intraoperative aberrometry, Zeiss Artevo, IOL Master 700), integration with Epic EMR, and teaching/professional development within an academic-affiliated system. Role emphasizes clinical autonomy with institutional support, a robust referral network, and an emphasis on developing a glaucoma-focused practice in a leading regional health system. Compensation range $300,000–$528,000 with productivity incentives, full benefits, paid liability insurance, CME allowance, generous PTO, and retirement plans. Minimum education: MD from an accredited medical school; Illinois medical licensure and board certification/eligibility in ophthalmology. Location-based practice includes Skokie, Gurnee, and Glenbrook Hospital in Illinois with a full-time schedule (40 clinical hours/week, 46 weeks/year).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required
- Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois
