Ophthalmic Tester

Ophthalmic Testing Technician needed for Wolfe Eye Clinic in Marshalltown, IA, full-time. Responsibilities include providing excellent patient service, documenting patient history, performing visual field testing, measuring eye pressure, taking diagnostic images such as OCTs, disinfecting and maintaining clinical equipment, and preparing and maintaining patient EMRs. Must be able to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and organizational skills. Daytime travel to other Iowa clinics (West Des Moines, Pleasant Hill, Fort Dodge, Ankeny, Ames, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Hiawatha, and Iowa City) is required; mileage and travel time are reimbursed. Training provided if needed; experience with medical office tasks, OCT, visual field testing, and EMR is preferred. EOE
