Job Summary
Conduct patient work-ups by obtaining medical and surgical histories and completing all diagnostic testing including auto refractions, topographical mapping, and visual acuity measurements. Assist surgeons in exam lanes and procedures by performing slit lamp evaluations, tonometry, and eye drop instillation while preparing laser rooms and sterilizing equipment. Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions, manage medication and supply stock, and maintain outcome data and equipment maintenance logs. Call patients for pre- and post-operative scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

- 2+ years experience as Ophthalmology Technician is Ideal
