Job Summary
Ophthalmic Technician needed to join Nevada Retina Associates on a full-time basis. The role supports patient work-ups, medical histories, and specialized diagnostic testing, assists physicians with patient care and education, maintains clinic flow, and prepares exam rooms. The technician will float between Carson City and Reno offices, providing patient-focused service in a fast-paced ophthalmology setting. Ideal candidates show a strong work ethic, reliability, and the desire to learn; COA/COT/COMT certifications are preferred but not required. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged. Starting pay ranges from $19-$24 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications

- Previous clinical experience in a medical office (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
