Job Summary
Ophthalmology clinic role involving direct patient care and technical responsibilities: perform diagnostic testing (refractions, tonometry, A-Scans/IOL Master/Immersions), assist during eye surgery, and maintain ophthalmic equipment; collect patient histories and explain procedures and diagnoses; collaborate with ophthalmologists and staff; ensure clean exam rooms and accurate patient information; demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to handle up to 3.5 comprehensive work-ups per hour; background checks and drug testing are part of the hiring process.
