Job Summary
Gathering medical records and patient information, taking ocular measurements, and administering medications under clinical supervision. Provide eye care and contact lens information to patients while maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments. Assist doctors with basic procedures and monitor patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations. Travel to different clinic locations as needed, with overtime available. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and two years of relevant experience or customer service background. Adequate training is provided upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active and valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of work experience and/or Ophthalmic Assistant Certification preferred
- entry level candidate with previous customer service experience
