Job Summary
Greet and prepare patients for eye exams, performing pre-testing procedures including autorefraction, tonometry, and retinal imaging. Record patient medical history and maintain accurate electronic health records while assisting optometrists during examinations. Educate patients on contact lens care and handling, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms and equipment. Support administrative or optical functions as required.
