Job Summary
Support efficient clinic flow and assist with photography needs including biometry, ultrasound, fundus photos, FA, OCT, VF, and topography. Upload and verify patient images for the EMR, add diagnostic imaging to clinical chart notes for billing, and resolve imaging queries. Report equipment or process issues and inventory supply needs to clinical leadership. Comply with all practice procedures, State and Federal regulations, and team huddles. Work independently with little oversight in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; 1 year experience as an Ophthalmic Photographer preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to work independently with little oversight or manager presence
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as an Ophthalmic Photographer or Imager preferred
- CRA / ROUB / OCT-C / CDOS certification eligible
- Nextech/ICP experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
