Job Summary
Perform various tests and directly assist the Ophthalmologist to ensure each patient receives the attention they need. Anticipate the needs of both physicians and patients while fostering collaboration among the team of 10 physicians and approximately 90 employees. Provide meaningful support in the eye care journey within a cohesive team environment that values empathetic interaction and customer-focused care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a medical office setting
Desired Qualifications
- Some college education or a degree
- Knowledge of ophthalmic medical setting and medical terminology
- Prior experience in an ophthalmology/optometry office
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Capacity to anticipate both physician and patient needs
