Job Summary
OPFOR SOF SME to support NATO JWC exercises by developing, scripting, and delivering OPFOR SOF content in JEMM and SOPs; coordinate with EXCON, CAX, JTLS, and TA/TO activities; require active security clearance (NATO or US SECRET or higher); English proficiency per STANAG 6001; 8+ years in Operational Intelligence or SOF with relevant leadership roles; travel to NATO/JWC locations (Norway, Poland, US) as required; perform duties across incident development, workshop support, and SOF effects alignment with OPFOR Joint Plan and SoM.
Required Qualifications
- Higher level Civilian, Military or Staff College Education/Degree relevant in Intelligence, Law or International Affairs related subject or 8 years previous military or civilian experience in the Operational Intelligence or Special Forces domain.
- Minimum 8 years previous military or civilian experience within the last 12 years in the OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE or SPECIAL FORCES domain reaching the rank of OF2/OF3/OF4 (or civilian equivalent).
- 3 years military or civilian experience as a OF2-OF4 (or civilian equivalent) in one of the following positions: a. Supervisory Special Agent b. Special Agent in Charge c. Senior Case Officer d. Senior Analyst in a NATO or national Military or Civilian Intelligence or Security Police Agency or NATO or national Special Forces domain equivalent to a 1-Star HQ or higher.
