Operators- Ft. Meade, MD

Three operators are needed to join Harnden Construction Services in Ft. Meade, MD, with duties including operating heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, rollers, pavers, track hoes, dump trucks) and supporting laborers/supervisors. Responsibilities include moving levers to control equipment, listening for engine stalling, performing daily equipment checks and maintenance (greasing, checking fluids), safely parking and storing equipment, and complying with OSHA/H&K safety policies. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to understand detailed instructions, problem solving, PPE usage, and the physical capacity to meet job demands. Training opportunities and certifications (OSHA or other safety certifications) are preferred.
