Operatore/trice assistenza clienti per call center

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide product and service information, resolve customer requests and reports, and update data in the company system. You will work full-time from Monday to Friday in Abano Terme, with an immediate start available. The role includes a fixed-term contract with potential extension, a monthly gross salary of 1.400-1.600 €, meal vouchers, and ongoing training with initial mentoring. A high school diploma, strong communication skills, active listening, problem-solving attitude, and basic computer proficiency are required.
