Job Summary
Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, then distribute them according to project plans. Store and stack materials, assist craft workers, and read instructions to determine work activities. Signal equipment operators for alignment and movement, tend pumps and generators, and lubricate machinery. Clean construction sites, perform stick-picking and back filling, and erect or disassemble scaffolding. Operate hand and power tools, hoists, and winches while maintaining safety standards. Work variable shifts in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs. This entry-level role at Select Water Solutions supports general site upkeep and material handling operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow instructions from truck driver or other company personnel
- Willingness and ability to work in all types of weather and conditions
- Must be physically capable of carrying out duties safely and with no difficulty
- Must be able to work variable schedules/shifts and long hours
- Must be able to work at heights
- Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of oilfield well servicing preferred
