Job Summary
The Wireline Operator II is responsible for performing Wireline related duties at the well site and in the shop, ensuring compliance with regulations on Wireline explosives operations. Responsibilities include tool maintenance, rigging up/down equipment, and assisting in maintaining and cleaning downhole and surface logging equipment. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, a valid CDL with Hazardous Material Endorsement, and have at least one year of experience as a wireline operator. Strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of explosives, and exceptional customer service skills are essential in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazardous Material Endorsement
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a wireline operator
- Ability to pass ATF background check
- Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of down hole tools
- Knowledge of explosives applications in wireline
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to perform in fast paced and high stress environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
