Job Summary
Select’s Water Treatment Operator will perform essential tasks in water treatment operations, including running transfer pumps, laying and picking up poly line, and conducting lab testing for various chemical parameters. Responsibilities include chemical dosing based on water quality, setting and servicing pumps, communicating effectively with team members and customers, and maintaining safety protocols. Candidates should possess one year of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of water treatment experience and/or equivalent training
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant equipment and policies for effective operations
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
