Job Summary
Water Transfer Operator role performing setup, operation, and rigging down of water transfer tasks using poly pipe, lay flat hose, and pumps; duties include loading/unloading equipment, monitoring gauges, servicing pumps/generators, following safety procedures and PPE usage, assisting with containment and spill cleanups, communicating with teammates via radios/phones, and completing DOT/OSHA safety trainings; must be able to work outdoors in all conditions and lift up to 50 lbs, with at least one year of related experience or training and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience and/or equivalent training
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Experience in energy industry a plus
- Knowledge of equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safety and security
