Operator - Water Transfer

Job Summary
Water Transfer Operator responsible for laying and picking up poly line and lay flat hose, running transfer pumps, and operating essential equipment in outdoor conditions. Set up, operate, and rig down water transfer jobs; load/unload pipe and materials; monitor gauges and controls; service pumps and generators; follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; assist in containment and spill cleanups; communicate with crew using signals and radios; utilize hand and power tools; drive trucks to transport equipment and personnel; complete DOT/OSHA safety training as directed.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience and/or equivalent training
- Must possess outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Experience in energy industry a plus
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
