Operator - Water Transfer

Job Summary
Lay and pick up poly line and lay flat hose, run transfer pumps, and set up equipment for water transfer operations from sources to frac jobs. Load and unload pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks, while observing machine operations and gauges to maintain specified conditions. Service pumps and generators at job sites, drive vehicles to transport personnel and gear, and use hand and power tools as needed. Communicate with crew members via radios and phones, follow all safety procedures with proper PPE, and assist in containment and spill cleanups. Complete required DOT, OSHA, and safety training. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat, with travel required.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience and/or equivalent training
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs
