Job Summary
Operate machines to produce, assemble, inspect and pack parts per work instructions; maintain GMP and ISO 13485 documentation; perform visual inspection and testing to ensure all products meet quality standards; coordinate with mold techs or maintenance to address machine errors; separate parts from runners and trim excess plastic as needed; handle parts from injection molding machines; provide breaks as directed; package parts and palletize per work instructions; contribute to data collection and reporting; uphold accuracy and quality throughout production; requires basic math and good English communication; HS diploma or equivalent preferred with 3 years of manufacturing experience; opportunities for training and career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Injection molding experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills to generate reports
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide)
- Experience with weigh scales
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
