Job Summary
Entry-level Operator Trainee responsible for assisting on all dedicated projects from start to finish, complying with operating policies and procedures, and gaining hands-on experience in operating process equipment under the guidance of experienced operators. Duties include assisting with setup and teardown of equipment, operating equipment under supervision, participating in on-the-job process and lab analysis training, troubleshooting minor operational issues, maintaining safety qualifications, and performing miscellaneous tasks as directed. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Process Technology degree or one year of relevant experience preferred. On-site travel may require valid driver’s license, TWIC card, and passport.
