Terminal Operator at Cemex responsible for managing daily terminal operations, overseeing loading and unloading of bulk materials, performing routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment, upholding safety standards and OSHA regulations, serving as a point of contact for customers, collaborating with the logistics team to optimize schedules, and mentoring/training new team members.
Required Qualifications

- experience in terminal operations or similar industrial setting preferred
- certifications in welding, electrical work, or maintenance a plus
- strong mechanical aptitude
- ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- ability to follow safety regulations and PPE usage
- customer service skills
- ability to work with logistics team
