Job Summary
Provide voice, paging and emergency communication for the organization, business partners, and community served for the hospital. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, process messages in the SDC IntelliDesk Call Processing System, and ensure doctor/patient confidentiality. Maintain up-to-date staff and medical information, monitor alarm panels, compile call logs, and coordinate conference calls. Demonstrate professional, courteous service, adapt to changing technology, and work independently or as part of a team. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Word/Excel, strong communication skills, and compliance with safety trainings; full-time, 40-hour week with standard shift.
Required Qualifications

- Req Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Req Capable of communicating with all levels of employee-administrative to staff
- Req Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word and Excel)
- Pref Experience in health care industry
- Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City)
