Job Summary
Coordinate sea freight shipments and transport arrangements, charter vessels, book service with co-loaders for import/export and trans-shipment, prepare billing, and work with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment processes. Build rapport with customers to fulfill requirements, prepare shipping documents in accordance with Letter of Credit and shipping instructions, monitor shipment schedules and delivery, file and update schedules, and liaise with shipping lines, banks, and internal staff on document processing. Emphasizes shipping coordination, documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proactive communication to ensure timely and compliant logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- A basic school certificate.
- Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
