Operator Switchboard

Operate the organization's telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls, relay internal and external communications, and communicate codes, alerts, and drills according to established protocols. Maintain desk directories, on-call lists, and reference guides while using the beeper and paging system to contact personnel. Requires high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable experience, excellent communication skills, and good computer skills. Schedule is PRN and casual as needed with no benefits.
