Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for full shift with repetitive movements
- Basic understanding of GMP practices and SOPs
- Ability to follow written procedures and production instructions
- Familiarity with equipment like shredders and conveyors
- Strong oral and written communication in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual attendance
