Job Summary
Operate the sludge treatment plant safely and efficiently while complying with OHS requirements. Monitor plant operations, assist in optimisation, and perform routine work orders, preventive maintenance, and breakdown tasks. Undertake sample collection, laboratory analysis, and process troubleshooting to identify improvements. Manage resources, tools, and equipment for daily maintenance duties. Work independently and unsupervised with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current car licence
- Must be prepared to undertake a full pre-employment medical check which includes drug and alcohol screening
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in plant operations preferred
- Currently studying related field with site experience
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
